Altharwaneya Integrated Solutions (ATIS) is urgently hiring an experienced L2 IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, network security, cloud migration, virtualization, and endpoint management.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience in IT infrastructure support, network troubleshooting, firewall configuration, VPN connectivity, cloud migration, and enterprise security solutions. Candidates must be available for immediate joining and hold a valid UAE visa.
1. IT Infrastructure & Networking
Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and VLAN.
Experience in network troubleshooting and infrastructure support.
2. Network Security
Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewalls.
Knowledge of IPsec VPN and SSL VPN tunneling.
3. Enterprise Security
Experience with Palo Alto firewall environments.
Understanding of enterprise network security and access control.
4. Cloud Migration
Experience migrating legacy or on-premises infrastructure to cloud infrastructure.
5. Virtualization
Working knowledge of VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
6. Endpoint Management
Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint migration.
Relevant experience in IT infrastructure support, networking, and enterprise IT environments.
Practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with technical teams.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Must have a valid UAE visa of their own.
Must be available for immediate joining.
Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
Provide Level 2 technical support for IT infrastructure, network connectivity, and system-related issues.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and VLAN environments.
Support network security solutions, including firewall management, IPsec VPN, and SSL VPN tunneling.
Work with Fortinet firewalls and support enterprise security environments involving Palo Alto firewalls.
Assist with cloud migration projects from legacy or on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based environments.
Manage and support virtualization platforms, including VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.
Perform endpoint migration, device configuration, and deployment using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
Troubleshoot server, network, connectivity, and endpoint-related technical issues.
Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, configuration records, and support procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Follow IT security policies, infrastructure standards, and operational procedures.
