Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer (2–5+ years preferred).

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.

Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database design.

Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand).

Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS.

Proficiency with Git and version control.

Experience with authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

Build responsive and interactive UI components with React.js.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend and third-party services.

Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.

Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers.

Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.

Debug, test, and optimize applications across platforms and browsers.

Work with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms for deployment.
