We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in crafting intuitive, engaging, and accessible experiences for our users across web and mobile platforms. As a UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring ideas to life.
2+ years of experience in UX design or related roles
Strong portfolio showcasing UX deliverables and thought process
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Design user flows and information architecture for seamless navigation
Collaborate with UI designers to ensure consistent and visually appealing interfaces
Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback for design iterations
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation
Stay current with UX trends, design patterns, and best practices
Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system
